Custom delivery zones allow customers to enter their zip code to see how The Pet Pantry will deliver to them and the related cost. With an ecommerce store including 950+ SKUs, The Pet Pantry offers a robust shopping experience, allowing customers to add products to a subscription with delivery options of every 2 weeks, 3 weeks, every month, etc. and grouping products into categories. For example, pet owners can shop by brand, life stage, treats, or solution diets.
Customers also have the option of a one-click reorder, where customers can enter their name, email, and phone to receive an exact duplicate of their most recent order. The Ingredients page displays an alphabetized list of ingredients, with a static alphabet list on the left side and a scrolling index on the right. Customer testimonials are displayed on the Testimonials page, linking out to a Testimonial Submission form that allows customers to share their story along with a photo of their pet.
