The client came to us with a broken and outdated site, ready to create something new and functional for their medical education website. They needed a site that would allow applicants to apply for fellowships, and also allow members of their organization to log in and view applications for the various fellowships that are listed. This project required quite a bit of hands-on manual data manipulation.

With an 8-month timeline to complete the project, we provided a customizable dashboard that allows applicants to view the status of their application, pay fees, and upload letters of recommendation and other pertinent documents. We also created a director dashboard that allows directors to log in and view the submitted applications from applicants of their program. Directors have the capability to download all available resources for a particular applicant in a consolidated PDF document. The website features a member locator as well, allowing students to find the fellowships nearest to them.
