Effective October 1, 2023, Spencer Bunting will become Red Shark Digital’s new Chief Executive Officer. This marks the first CEO transition in the company’s history since its official launch in 2013.

Bunting’s appointment as CEO follows Rupp’s decision to join and lead a board of financial and strategic advisors overseeing the agency as the Founder and Chairman, as well as to continue growing his recently launched Venture Capital firm, Capital XIX. With his years of experience, talent, and dedication to the success of Red Shark Digital, Rupp chose Bunting to take over his role.

Joining RSD in its formative years, Bunting started at Red Shark Digital as a graphic designer. As the agency continued to transform and grow, Bunting expanded his knowledge and sharpened his expertise in the digital marketing space. As Red Shark Digital’s current Chief Operating Officer, Bunting’s award-winning website designs and digital strategies have helped numerous businesses achieve their goals and fine-tune their online presence.
