I'm sorry, Chris, I am Chris

Alaina Corsini

Hello everyone! My name is Christian Jester, but you can call me Chris or Jay; whichever is easiest to remember, anyway, I am one of the new interns here at Red Shark. I recently graduated from East Carolina University, with a bachelors in Business Marketing and a professional selling certificate.

To a lot of peoples surprise, I was born here in little ole’ Greenville, North Carolina. My Dad is German, and my Mom is Dominican, which is who I get my tan from. I have one older brother and a small Schnoodle (Schnauzer and Poodle mix) named Becks. Fun fact, Becks was named after the great English soccer player David Beckham and not the beer.

I am a pretty busy guy at the moment. I am a shift supervisor at Omega Sports, an intern at this crazy place called Red Shark Digital and just started playing for a semi-pro soccer team called Levi United. The essential things you should know about me is that I love banter, soccer, memes, pop culture, and chill environments. I also have a decent collection of Jordan’s that I am very proud of.

My prior experience deals mostly with soccer and sports merchandise. Summer of 2018, I interned with Soccer.com and got to travel all over the US working event retail for major soccer tournaments. Towards the end of the summer, I was given permission to scratch the surface of content creation by doing photo shoots and developing a marketing plan for their Instagram. My passion for content creation started here and has continued to grow over the past year.

I started dabbling in photography and now desperately want to learn videography. I believe that here at Red Shark, the team is beyond capable of furthering my knowledge of content creation as well as inspiring me to explore all that digital marketing has to offer. With their help, I hope to take what I have learned here at Red Shark and make a career for myself in digital marketing.

I am incredibly grateful to be here with these awesome people and look forward to what the summer has in store.
